New Books
Huw's stunning new book co-written with veteran climber George Lowe for Thames & Hudson was released this month in time for the Everest anniversary. Our beautiful narrative non-fiction book Letters From Everest by George Lowe has also just been released under our new imprint Silverbear. Both books have had some great reviews so far. For more information on Silverbear click here.
Kari's new book Heart of the Hero has just been released. In Search of the South Pole and Mountain Heroes: Portraits of Adventure are also available. Please visit our books page for more information. Due to the extraordinary success of Ragnar Axelsson's Last Days of the Arctic, we hope to produce another book of his photography.

Awards
We are delighted to announce that Huw's book Mountain Heroes recently won Adventure Book of the Year at the World ITB Awards in Germany. Well done Huw!
Limited Edition prints by Andy Smith
We commissioned award-winning illustrator Andy Smith to create original artworks for our book project In Search of the South Pole. The first is inspired by descriptions gathered from our contributors, an evocation of the Pole as both a real and an imagined place. The second, which shows Scott's feelings as he reached the Pole in 1912, needs little explanation. Both silk-screen prints are in centenary limited editions and available exclusively from this website. Visit our shop to find out more.
Polarworld on TV
Huw wrote the accompanying book for Bruce Parry's new BBC2 series Arctic. More information can be found here. He also recently appeared on-screen in the acclaimed BBC4 film Of Ice and Men, and appeared as an expert on BBC2's Frank Wild: Unsung Hero. Promoting her new books, Kari has been on television and radio in Germany and Poland.
